The Domestique takes tremendous pride in offering healthy, team building cycling for your employees. We offer services to corporations both large and small in New York City.  Our Elite guides deliver effective wellness and lifestyle services to anyone who wants to participate. 

  • Team Bonding: Take up to 4 cyclists out removing distractions of email and phones, and bonding as the group works together to achieve its goal of riding for up to 20-50 miles.

  • Corporate Cycling Team: Want to encourage fitness in a collaborative yet competitive setting? Chat to us about options to: set up group rides to teach your team how to ride safely, build cycling skills and improve overall fitness. As a low-impact exercise it is accessible to all. We can help you get customized jerseys.

  •  Culture Consulting: Want to build a culture of bike commuting within your organization as a means to improve employee heath, provide more commuting options and improve your company’s carbon footprint.

The Domestique's corporate health initiative is to educate, motivate, reward, and inspire your employees to make better health decisions today and in the future. We work closely with your Human Resources Department and Benefits Coordinator to develop a program that will ensure healthy habits for your employees, motivational tips and an increase in productivity.  

 

What does a day with the Domestique look like?

Meeting at ARC Athletics in Tribeca, the BMC bikes will be set up to each cyclists dimensions. Helmets are provided along with water bottles and energy bars. There will be a quick brief of the ride route, and away we go. 

From Tribeca it's a relaxed pace up the West Side Bike Path taking in views of the Hudson River. Once we enter the George Washington Bridge there are opportunities for photos looking back over Manhattan. From the bridge we head north up River Road where you have a chance to open up the lungs and enjoy a mixture of challenging routes. Our destination is the Market Cafe on route 9W, a great place to recharge with freshly baked goods and coffee before heading back to Tribeca all in under 4hrs.
